About Us
Urgent, Warrant, Reflex, Raptor - World Record Holders - 15.210
Touch N Go began competing in early 1993 and has grown from its original five members to a close-knit team of 16. We hold the world record for the fastest time ever recorded in flyball competition (15.210 seconds) and have won ten consecutive NAFA regional championships. In November 2007, we won our second straight U-FLI Division 1 Championship.
Every person on our team contributes to our success, whether it is training or team operations. We are not just team members, but friends who share countless hours together working dogs, fixing equipment and just hanging out. We measure success by our ability to maximize each dog's potential, regardless of its breed or which team member's dog it is.
What is Flyball?
Flyball competition consists of races between two teams of four dogs each racing side-by-side over a 51-foot long course. Each team's racing lane consists of four jumps and a flyball box placed at the end. The flyball box releases a tennis ball after the dog pushes a pedal on the front of the box. Each dog must run in relay fashion over the jumps, trigger the release of the ball, retrieve the ball, and return over the jumps. The first team to have all four dogs finish the course wins the heat.
Flyball has been a feature in the Purina Incredible Dog Challenge, ESPN Great Outdoor Games and regularly appears in shows on Animal Planet. Spectators, handlers and dogs alike enjoy the fast-paced action and family-friendly environment the sport has to offer.
Touch N Go is currently the fastest team in the world.
