Higgins

Higgins was a Jack Russell Terrier owned by Katy Kaylor. He was among the very first height dogs and JRTs in the west and retired with his FGDCh50k.

He was the region 6 MVP and was inducted into the Clyde Moore Memorial Hall of Fame in 2002.
